1. Stare at the red dot for about 20 seconds
2. Look at a white (or near white) wall and blink rapidly
3. Freak out at the awesome power of your brain
You just processed a negative WITH YOUR MIND.
I just recently downloaded this Pandora Radio. This is probably the best thing since cassette tapes went to CD’s. SERIOUSLY! I type in Scarface (my favorite rapper) and not only does it play his tracks, but it randomly plays joints that someone who listens to Face would probably like. From “Smile” to Pac’s “Thug Love” to Luda’s “Grew Up A Screw Up”. Hands down one of the better Apps availible in this “App Market” era. I like it because it gives you recent joints, classics, throwbacks, and underground tracks you might not have ever heard. From mixtape Singles to album Sleepers, they definately found the hottest HEAT from every genre and gave me snippets of the soundtrack of my life.
Good Job
See, I know its not just me that gets frustrated when things don’t work out the way you saw them in your head. So imagine how frustrating it is when for me to come to the realization that I may NEVER fully accomplish these 3 things:
1- Talking and listening simultaneously (about two totally different things) 2- Walking (with a purpose) while writing. 3- Trying to eat right after a heated argument. (There’s absolutely NO way to chew while you’re pissed).
With Lil Wayne, Kanye and Jay-Z breaking records midway through 2011, many wander what the rest of the year had to offer in terms of good, quality hip hop. But we cant forget about the wave of young talent that seemingly placed their album release dates using some type of strategy that would almost garuntee that one wouldnt over shadow the next… J. Cole’s album debut is set to release late September and promises to deliver a “fresh breath” to the game. Late October will breed the sophmore release from Drake, and Wale will bring up the rear in early November with with his Maybach Music debut. As 2011 comes to a strong finish in terms of hip hop, one is to expect a strong start to the new year. Will we get a Nicki Minaj classic? Does B.o.B beat the streets with record setting hits? Or will it be the newcomer, Xv, from none other than Kansas to hit the scene? Regardless of who it is, one thing is definately for certain, the question of the state of hip hop has been answered….
ABOUT ME - TOP DAWG
I recorded this one a while back… Back when my man Ken Flow was still heavy in the game!!! We were about to start a collaboration project featuring the two of us with beats by The Trird Part and appearances with my man JG. Needless to say, the project was never released but the feel of this song will give you an idea of what you would’ve experienced.

TOP DAWG-CITY IS MINE
Beat from Drake’s “Property of October” 2 Disc Mixtape. The concept is self explanitory, but the video is delivered with a twist. Listen and enjoy. (Leave comments)
Nothing like that feeling…. But nowadays, I find that people are falling more in love with the hype built up around the album than the actual project itself. Nevertheless, the feeling is undescribale!!! I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of electronic album downloads, however, the “Watch The Throne” album is definately an exception to the usual!!!!
This was the intro to my 2010 UNRELEASED mixtape called “State of Emergency”. Figured that since I ain’t gone use the title, I might as well use the track for promo so… ENJOY and leave comments.
